moderator premission

Hi, I don't know why my forum moderator the cant access to all forums, I have to add them in each forums, their Primary Usergroup is moderator, but they don't have access to the forum, and they don't have mod options.. Forum tools... ect

what should I do?

I had the same in the past. The problem is that vBulletin makes a difference when they talk about Moderator.

One is a group where you can put all moderators in,
the second is a right to moderator threads/posts in a forum.

They are different.

In your case check the moderator group rights for your forums.
