Small Dot

I have a small dot in the centre of my forum home page that is reall bugging me. Has anyone else come across this or know how to remove it? Any advice you can give would be much appreciated.

Your custom style has split the welcome msg and probably has the conditional still inside the table tags, meaning the table tags are rendered, but not the content - leaving a dot
