User Infractions

Hi Guys

How do I give a normal registered user permission to give infractions on a specific forum. I do not want the user to be able to give infractions on all forums just a single test forum. This is for a few new moderators just to practice on.

There is no override for that permission at the forum level. Custom code is required (www.vbulletin.org).
