Changing Title

How can I change the title, but not the forum name?

The title is:

Race Point Forum - Powered by vBulletin

How can I change that to:

Racing Forum - Powered by vBulletin?

Without changing everything in my forum to that also, just the title?

Admin CP -> Styles & Templates -> Search in Templates

Search for "$vboptions[bbtitle]". There are way too many instances to edit. I recommend you change the title in the options, then make exception for that which you wanted to remain the same.
