is it possible to upload attachments to file system with safe mode on?

    is it possible to upload attachments to file system with safe mode on?

    file_uploads:On
    open_basedir:/var/www/vhosts/xxxxxxxxxxx.com/httpdocs:/tmp
    safe_mode:On
    upload_tmp_dir:None
    upload_max_filesize:8.00 MB


    When i run upload test from Diagnostics everything showns success. But when i try to upload any thread, i get "cant create upload dir" error.


    i want to learn, is it possible to use file system uploads with safe mode on? if yes, how?

      No. You will need to disable Safe Mode in php.ini.
