Many Errors / Bugs!

Ok im having many errors and bugs with my newly installed VB.

Current installed plugins / add ons:

vBShout - 2.0AJAX - Shoutbox for vBulletin

VB Database Error:

This was sent to my email inbox about 50 times!

Bugs Found:

• When some people post a message, the post goes to the top of the thread, above the thread starters post.
• Some people unable to post at all.
• Some people unable to use the "Shoutbox"
• Some people unable to use the Personal Message feature.

Anyone got an idea on what is wrong? If not could somebody give me a way to return my forum back with the default styles/layouts without no add ons or plugins?

Please be aware right off the bat, using third party addons, modifications, etc removes your ability to support. Also we cannot provide support for any of that code.

Before posting for support, please disable ALL of your addons.
