How Do I change the style?

I've downloaded a new style for my forum from vbulletin.org.
I've followed all the indication in order to upload this new style.
Something isn't correct because the new style is equal to te original vbulletin style.

I've done a mistake... where?

Could someone link me a page where there's the complete and exact procedure to upload a new style?
