Quote Problem

one of our members quoted a new post using the quote reply button. New thread with just 2 posts. We wanted to keep the second post and just delete the first post and could not, it just deleted the whole topic. Even if we took out the the quote from the second it still didnt like it.

Any ideas

Deleting the first post in a thread always deletes the thread. You may have to manually delete the record from the database and alter the thread record appropriately. I have never tried this.
