Quick Reply click not required

When you have your forum set up to not require a click for a quick reply, I assume that any quick replies will be tied to the first post for threaded/hybrid modes.

Is this correct? Or does the system have some other default logic?

Using hybrid/threaded mode with Require click for quick reply disabled don't make much sense. The reply will not be related to any post in the thread (or maybe the last, not sure).
