Password Reset Link

For some reason when my members click on the password reset link in an email it brings them to this page?

Apparently my members have been having issues for some time now?I have no idea what is going on? Can someone tell me what I need to do to fix this error? I have been trying tofigure out what has been going on with my member activity and this must be it?

Both links look the same to me.

Make sure the Forum URL setting in your vBulletin Options doesn't have /index.php in it, and is set only to http://www.thewomenofcoloradosprings.com/vbforums
