Display latest thread in forumhome

Hello, about this tip.. http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?t=158887, I would like to know how do I display just the latest threads and not only the active ones. Thanks in advance.

It uses external.php, so you have to update the source code from external.php manually.

Customizing source code is for vBulletin.org, sorry . And, I do not know.
