Mass change members' primary usergroup?

Is it possible to mass move all members from one Primary Usergroup to another?

We have a Custom Usergroup that we will be discontinuing, so want to change all the members who have it as their Primary Usergroup to the default usergroup of Registered Members.

You can mass move users in Users > Prune / Move Users

I'll give my ownself the knuckle to the forehead for not seeing that one

...I was rooting around in usergroups instead of users

Unfortunately "Users awaiting email verification" is not a usergroup you can move people to from this page
