Rebuild Thread Information Problem

When im logged in as Administrator and I Rebuild Thread Information, during the middle of the process it will take me to the 403 Forbidden Error Page and I am unable to fully complete the process.

I've also heard users complaining that when the log out sometimes that will happen to them as well. Once they refresh the page it goes away.

Any ideas?

Enable phpinfo in the Admin CP, then provide the URL to your forums. This may help us troubleshoot this problem.

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Server Settings and Optimization Options -> Public phpinfo() Display Enabled
