My vbulletin does not work at all

My vBulletin does not work at all.

First our company purchased a licence

Then we ran a test on our own local server, using a windows 2003 machine installed with the xampp pacakge.

I installed the forum and configured it, and it worked flawlessly. I also spent many hours doing extra translation from the older version release of the translation to norwegian.

Then when all the testing was done I uploaded it to the actual server with identical mysql username and passwords.
I installed it there, and I thought it would work, but it did not. Here is what the site looked like

On some browsers it even wanted to download the login.php file.

Then when I viewed the site from my school it worked flawlessly, but not from a private computer. Eventhough both computers run windows xp. So my school network could view the forum, and my private one, and my friends could not.

Then I tried to install the forum on my local pc to see if it worked, and when I try to install it, after I put in my legal vBulletin number, it just reloads the page.

I've run out of things to do, and I don't know how to solve this problem. The MySQL table settings are all correct as well.. please help

First, reupload all the original vB non-image files (except install.php). Make sure you upload these in ASCII format and overwrite the ones on the server. Also be sure to upload the admincp files to whichever directory you have set in your config.php file. Then run 'Suspect File Versions' in Diagnostics to make sure you have all the original files for your version:

Admin CP -> Maintenance -> Diagnostics -> Suspect File Versions

[Note: In some cases you may also need to remove any of the listed .xml files in the includes/xml directory.]

    Next, disable all plugins.

Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

    define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

Then if you still have this problem, create a new style and choose no parent style. This will force it to use the default templates. Finally empty your browser cache, close all browser windows then try again. Make sure you change to the new style and view your forums with it. Now check again.

Do you still have the same problem?

Also try setting GZIP output to No in your vBulletin Options:

AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> Cookies and HTTP Header Options -> GZIP HTML Output: No
