do you have a list with known exploiits/plugins? Could you please send it to me? I made my research and update exploited plugins. I hd problem with flashcaht, and upgraded it with latest version, wich apperas to be good.

I'm starting a lease on a newer dedicated server today that has current versions of MySQL and PHP so I can run the newer 3.6.x series of vBulletin. If that doesn't fix it, I'll dig deeper into determining what the exploit was. Just don't have time with my demanding day job to spend on it.
