    I'm moving from a shared host to a VPS. I assume I'm missing some PHP modules that were installed on the previous machine. Any suggestions?

    This is due to one of your plugins.
    Follow these instructions to disable these: http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/main/disable_plugins
