Wireless friendly

I run a big board and get this question all the time. Is there anything someone can do to make it more wireless friendly besides turning off images, avatars, sigs and that kind of stuff?

As the admin you can enable gzip on your forum to make the pages smaller:

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Cookies and HTTP Header Options -> GZIP HTML Output

It will affect all users who connect. It's a harmless optimization that can only do good... just don't set the compression level too high. Level 1 is recommended.
