Trying to upload a style that I just downloaded from my site... but it gives an error

I download a style from my site. Then try to reupload as a new style and give a different name, and it gives me this error:

XML Error: unknown at Line 0

Edit: The only way I was able to fix it was by downloading the style and keeping the name the same, before reuploading it.
