Send e-mail to all users, but no names displayed

How do I send an email to all selected users using the control panel maintenance function, BUT have it NOT display the e-mail address of all users to all recipients?

The mass email function does not show all the emails addresses.

Wow, that was fast.

Am on VB 3.5.0 and I thought that the one time I sent a mass e-mail (using the Users, Send Email to Users) function, (not in 'Maintenance') it sent it, but the send to: line contained ALL the e-mail addresses. People were not too happy with that.

No, vBulletin has never sent out e-mails that way. If you use the Create Mailing List option, and use some other e-mail tool to send, it may.

Aha! That was it.... I had used the 'create mailing list' function...
