Users cant EDIT their own posts

I have set the settings:
1. In usergroup that the group can edit own posts
2. In "Message posting and editing options" i set time limit 15 mins

Still the users cant edit, what can it be ?

It should work if you have the correct permissions and have not installed any hacks or plugins.

Check the overall Usergroup permissions:

Admin CP -> Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager -> Edit Usergroup

And the Forum permissions for each forum and Usergroup:

Admin CP -> Forums & Moderators -> Forum Permissions
