Received new PM (Box).

Im looking to enable the box that appears when browsing thru the forums, and it says new Pm by xxx would you like to read it etc, etc...



Also; Once I type in the quick reply box, the text sizes are the way I desire (normal) but once I hit the post quick reply button, It changes the text(letters) sizes to a smaller size.
How can i change this from happening?

actually when you recv a pm & if users have enabled pop-up pm notification they will recv it in which ever part of the forum they are in
or do you mean a pm preview on the top of your forum ?? for this I guess there is a similar hack in vbulletin.org
