Automating an signature insert upon registration

Hey all

I´m curious if it´s possible for me to make it so when a user joins a specific usergroup, an automatic signature is made using the login of the user in the sig?

Basicly, I want this line

[IMG]http://www.roster.dk/addons/siggen/sig.php/USERNAME.png[/IMG]

to be inserted into the signature line of the user when the user joins the member group, but where "USERNAME" is automaticly filled out with the registration name of the user.

Is that possible, and if yes, how can I do something like that?
