How to allow registered users to upload their own avatar?

I can't find the permissions in the admin cp to allow my users to do that...

Admin CP -> Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager : Edit "Registered users"

Change "Can Upload Custom Avatars" to : Yes

AdminCP -> Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager -> (Edit usergroup Registered Users) -> Picture Uploading Permissions
