Archive error- parsing functions.php

Getting a 'parsing functions.php..' error in my archive (link). I suspect it happened since the upgrade to 3.5.4 but I don't really keep an eye on it and only noticed today.

Any ideas - I had a quick search and came up with nothing. I'm fairly sure my php is compiled as an apache module, and the archive has worked before.

Looks more like debug mode was enabled or possibly you have the wrong global.php in the archive directory. Check these.
