How do I do this? I followed the link, but the page is making no sense to me. On my forum index, it still shows 30,000 posts, even though I've pruned it down, and I can see there aren't near that many. I assume this is what it's wanting me to fix, I just don't know how to do it. There are a lot of fields on that update counters page...and none say 'update counters'. Help!

In adminCP - maintenance - update counters, just click each button to run the various updates, i.e. Update User Titles and Ranks - Update Post Counts etc.
