    Go to your
AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> Style & Language Settings -> Store CSS Stylesheets as Files?

    Set that to Yes.

Disable and re-enable the feature, it will generate the css then.

What do you mean 'compressed'? vB does not compress the css files.

Change CKEditor Colors to Match Style (for 4.1.4 and above)

If you followed the instructions given and the directory is chmod'd to 777, then this will work.

Have you installed any hacks or plugins? This does work with the original vB code.

                          1. FTP client to forum root directory (where you installed your forum)
                          2. Go to clientscript folder, make vbulletin_css folder
                          3. chmod it to 777
                          4. Go to the above mentioned vbulletin option, set to no, save
                          5. Go back to it again, set to yes, save again

if that still doesn't output, you'd probably want to start a support ticket in members area.
                          Best Regards,
                          Andy Huang
