How do I create a private forum which can only be viewd by admins and moderators? In v.2.2.8, when creating a forum, you can delcared it as Private. In v.3.5.4, there is no such option. Any help is welcomed.

Just set the appropriate Forum and Usergroup permissions:
Admin CP -> Forums & Moderators -> Forum Permissions
And this:
Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Forum Listings Display Options -> Show Private Forums -> NoSteve Machol, former vBulletin Customer Support Manager (and NOT retired!)
Change CKEditor Colors to Match Style (for 4.1.4 and above)
