Two forums on one domain

I want to set up two different forums under one domain.
Forum 1 = xyz.com
Forum 2 = sub.xyz.com
I'm thinking the only issue might be cookies.
Any experience doing this? Issues? Should work?

You can set unique cookie prefixes in config.php to eliminate cookie conflicts.

And of course you will need two licenses as well.

Thanks Steve. I have four licenses
But I was just worried that the top level cookie would interfere with the subdomain one. Remember, they are not both subs, one is top and one is sub.
