Update thread title, but title doesn't change...?

Anyone ever had this problem...?

I go into a thread, modify the first post to change the thread title, save changes - and changes reflect when reading the post, but don't reflect in the forum as you browse to that post.

Anyone?

Use the Thread Tools option to do this.

Steve, I've looked for the Thread Tools option in both the manual and by navigating through menus, but can't find it. This is my problem:

Post shows updated title and text when read, but edits are not reflected in "Last Post" title field on forum home page.

It's there unless you have modiffied the templates to remove it.
