Adding in custom page?

Hi all,

If I want to add in a couple of pages - one listing my advertising rates (ie: http://pokerforums.org/advertise) and an about page. Can this be done in standard VBulletin or will I require something like VBadvanced?

I also want to have navigation tabs in the header area - home, forums, search, contact, about, advertise. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thx.

It will require custom coding, it might be easier to use a managment system or possible for you do it by hand.

Any intrest in this should be researched at vBulletin.org
