Moderators can ban users without Moderator Control Panel?

another question:

one moderator can ban another moderator? if yes, banned moderator can unban their own self?

No, moderators can only ban users in the ModCP.

Technically I think this would be possible, but I'm not sure if the banned Moderator would still be able to log in to the ModCP or not.

I really wish that Mods were NOT able to ban members. That should be an admin permission only.

For regular moderators (not Super Moderators) you can turn this off...
