Thread Title viewable content not?

Is it possible to make the thread titles within a forum viewable but they are not able to open the thread to view the content?

Ok should of tried things first, I have set the forum permissions for a certain group to:

Thread Content Viewable: No
See Threads by other users: Yes

Can soemone confirm this is ok?
