Adding Banner Part 2?

I'm not sure what you mean.
Where exactly are you adding your banner, and why doesn't this work for a second part?

that cap shows what i mean. look at the banner it has 2 parts. how would i add the second part?

That's a rather customized style, with large changes to the navbar.
I recommend you ask for help with this on www.vbulletin.org
