Database Error - Sessions

Database error in vBulletin 3.5.4:

This is a stock 3.5.4 and I have never run mods on it.

This is the only error I have had through email and my forum "appears" to be runnning ok.

I am on a fast dedicated server which I run and have not had any downtime.

Please tell me a) what is causing this and b) how to fix it.
