Hide sigs for all users by default

How can I set all usergroups to not display sigs unless the user changes it under Thread Display Options? I need to set it so it's like this by default.. and I guess I also need the query that would change all current user options accordingly.

To turn off the default option, go to your
AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> User Registration Options -> Default Registration Options
Uncheck Display Signatures

To update all the current users, go to your
AdminCP -> Mainenance -> Execute SQL Query
There, select Off - Display Signatures.
