If you look at the main index of the page and scroll too the bottom, it shows todays birthdays, signups etc, how can I add another area where I can put my links in for link exchanging?

At the top of the page there are links set up like: Home -> Forum -> Thread
I'd like to add the same to the bottom of the page for quicker navigation out of the thread to other parts... -
