    Translation in frontend, English i Admin/ModCPs?

    It seems that most translations are aimed at the vB frontend part.

    Is it possible to do this;
    1. Remove all the Admin/Mod CP content in the translated language XML.
    2. Importing only the fontend translated content to vB.
    3. Force the Admin/Mod CP to use the default English (US) content.

    Or maybe just replacing the the Admin/Mod CP content in the XML with the default English (US) content, than importing a complete XML to vB would be a better solution?

    I don't know of any way to do this without writing custom scripts. You can try asking for help over at www.vbulletin.org with this.

    Change CKEditor Colors to Match Style (for 4.1.4 and above)

      Thanks for the quick answer!

      How about the "replace the with deafult XML"-approach?

      Will this perhaps work? I'm guessing the above approach is like having a language XML with translated frontend and the backend is just the phrases from the default English that comes with vB.

        This also requires a custom script.

          Okay, I thought that the the language XML-files could be edited in any text editor.

          I was hoping that if the translated phrases for A/MCP were missing in the uploaded XML the phrase from the Default Master Language would kick in.

          I'll just have to check with the good folks at vBulletin.org then.
