Can't add Avatars.

I blieve that everything has been set via the admin panel to allow the use of avatars. Members can add their pictures to their profile pages.

But when a member goes to User CP/Edit Avatar, they see:

Avatars are small graphics that are displayed under your username whenever you post.
* Do not use an avatar (<--radio button activated)
Note: if you have a custom avatar selecting this option will delete it.

How do I enable avatars?

Go to User Groups in the Admin panel.

Then click on Registered Users and scroll down to Picture Uploading Permissions.

Woot! It did work.

I just missed the step about hitting the radio button for Use Custom Avatar in the user's Edit Avatar window.
