Will 3.5.2 language file work with 3.5.4?

Just got our vB 3.5.4 licence but I noticed that one of the language files (Swedish) we will be using is translated for vB 3.5.2.

Any big changes in language configuration from 3.5.2 to 3.5.4?

Will using the 3.5.2 file casue any problems with 3.5.4?

If there are any issues you should contact the author, however I don't believe there were any major changes to the phrase system.

Is there any way the check the file for inconsistencies or errors when impoering the XML to vB?

No, there shouldn't be any issues that would break the site, however a phrase may not be translated or have been there in 3.5.2 thats there in 3.5.4

What happens if a phrase is missing in the translated version? Will there be an error message or will the default English phrase kick in?

Default Master language will be shown.

Great, then if there is any phrase missing some one will probably notice and it can be tracked down in the ACP Language Tool.
