I have imported members, but they don't show up on the Members List

I have imported a database from phpBB2 and everything has come over fine. User profiles are viewable if you click on the link, but clicking on Members List brings up no users, and searching in Members List finds nothing.

    Am I missing something obvious?

Yes, I have, and I have followed all the instructions, so the whole board is there and looks great. The only problem is the Members List not showing. The site says there are 274 members, and you can click on their user links to see their profiles, but the Members List is empty.

I can search all the Users in the Control Panel, but nothing shows up in the Members List.

The Registered Users usergroup is empty.

Did you read specificly the part about moving the users into the registered usergroup by deleting the imported usergorup?

You just said your members are not in the registerd usergroup, what group are they in?

They are not in any usergroup. (There are 276 members in all.)

I have one custom usergroup which shows up fine, with 62 members, and it shows them as Additional Members.

But no other user groups have any members except the Administrators one, which has me.

Can you please create a support ticket, your members got orphaned somehow ...

We will need ftp and phpmyadmin access to resolve the issue, also an admin login would be good.

There are two options you need to check to set whether or not members are viewable on memberlist:

                    1. By usergroup:

Admin CP -> Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager -> Edit -> Usergroup Options -> Viewable on the Memberlist -> Yes

                    2. By post count:

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> User Listing & Profile Viewing -> Minimum Posts
