I can't get any user ranks to display in the posts. I have added them like the manual says but they don't appear at all.

Have you modified your templates? If not, what are the User Ranks settings you are using?Steve Machol, former vBulletin Customer Support Manager (and NOT retired!)

Instead of:

Check and ensure that in your templates there is a varible to display the ranks
AdminCP > Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Browse and edit the postbit or postbit_legacy template (depending on which you use).
Find
<if condition="$post['rank']"><div class="smallfont">$post[rank]</div></if>
If you cannot find it you will need to add it.Comment
