How to change the welcome email ?

I would like to change the welcome email sent to the members. Please let me know how to do it

All language is in Phrases. Do a 'Search in Phrases' for the specific language you are looking for, then edit the appropriate Phrase.

Admin CP -> Languages & Phrases -> Search in Phrases

Note: To edit a phrase, place the new phrase in the available language text boxes.

I have one 1 language tht is english & so wat phrase should I to search for us just to make some modifications in the welcome email ?
