How do I delete a template?

I have some old templates I need to delete within a style and I can't for the life of me find an option to delete the templates within the AdminCP. Is there a trick or am I blind?

Highlight the template and select revert.

This is a custom template and all it did was revert it. I want to wipe it off.

If its custom, and you reverted it and its not gone, its in the master style, contact the author of the hack to remove the template.

How do I delete a style?

Now that we know how to delete a template, how do we delete a style, not the default style, just another style?
