How to add my own logo / change header

How do I remove the vbulletin logo and replace it with my own?

Upload your logo to the images directory then change the location of your forum logo here:

Admin CP -> Styles & Templates -> Style Manager -> style name -> Style Vars (in the All Style Options drop-down menu) -> Images Paths -> Title Image

Change CKEditor Colors to Match Style (for 4.1.4 and above)

i have tried this but my logo is not showing up

      i replaced
      images/misc/vbulletin3_logo_white.gif
      with
      images/misc/sim.gif
but all i got was a red cross and link to forums.

does the image have to be the same dimensions? if so how can i put a banner across the centre of the page?

reposted in the correct forum as this is to do with 3.6.4

          Hi,

You need to rename sim.gif to vbulletin3_logo_white.gif and then upload it and you will be fine!

I know this post is way out of date but for future queries on this, if you access your host via FTP there is an images folder that you originally uploaded. Check in there. There are several different folders, just find the corresponding section.
