Allowing Registered Members to Sticky

I'm probably overlooking something simple here, but would appreciate someone pointing me in the right direction. I allow users to have "journals". I don't set them up as mods for their own journal because that proves to be too much work IMO.

I would like to allow them to be able to sticky posts in their journals. I don't have any issues with them having to be in a specific user group for this priviledge, nor do I care if they can sticky posts in other forums as well.

Am I missing an easy way to do this? I can't seem to find an option anywhere to allow sticking/unsticking of threads (other than having mod priviledges to do it). Thanks for any advice!

There's no seperate permission for this, you would have to assign these users as moderators of that specific forum.
