Whitelist problems

I had five people tell me today that they cannot login and they get the whitelist error message. I use VBAdvanced and they are able to log into the forum through the main index but not in the forum. I haven't done anything special in the last few days so I don't know what's up.

Any suggestions?

I think I found it.

My forum address is forums.montrealracing.com and the people are trying to login from montrealracing.com/forums which does exist but it not the path I use. I'll add it to the whitelist.

I can't seem to fix it. How would I add this to my whitelist?

here is my whitelist. I just added .forums.montrealracing.com but like I said people are getting the error when accessing the forum through montrealracing.com/forums only, even after I added that to my list. Did I not add it correctly?

Make sure there are only spaces between each one and no hard returns. Also don't use forum directories and every domain entry needs to begin with a period.

Don't use this:

www.montrealracing.com/forums

Use this instead:

.www.montrealracing.com

ok did that and now this works: www.montrealracing.com/forums but this doesn't: montrealracing.com/forums

Then maybe I don't understand what the problem is. I've never run into a situation where someone has had so many problems with the whitelist.

Perhaps you could start all over and explain exactly what the problem is and what you have done.

The problem is poeple cannot log into my forum from montrealracing.com/forums. www.montrealracing.com/forums works however.
