How Do I Get These extra Buttons?

Hi, I need some help with the extra buttons ( I already have buttons designed ) but not sure how to enable them with the VB
please check the sample image of the button system that I am talking about,

please guide me to enable it or do I have to do custom coding for this ?

You will need to create these yourself, unless you can find out the source and ask them.
