User Profile Changes

I have several users in the "Registered Users" group, as well as them being members of some various additional groups.

IS there any way to automatically move anyone who is an "Additional User" in a group to being a "Primary User" in the same group? Yeah, I could edit each of them individually, but I was looking to do that automatically.

Possibly with the Users > Move / Prune users function.

I tried that, but there appears to be no way to pick from "Additional", just the primary group.
