buttons not working in wysiwyg editor

Just upgraded last night and the only problems I'm seeing is with the WYSIWYG editor. In IE some of the buttons aren't showing up, and the ones that do you can't select them.

They seem to work a little better in Firefox but some of them don't even show up in Firefox.

Little bit of an update on this. Everything works fine with Firefox but not with IE.

I actually had to change mine back to the middle selection under the editor options. Once I did that, it fixed everything.
