Avatars Not Showing

Upgraded to the newest version tonight but now avatars aren't showing.

I've looked through old threads for similar problems and as suggested several times, I've reverted the postbit and thats made some of the avatars show, but some still aren't. An example thread is here: http://www.revo-europe.com/forum/sho...d.php?p=101279

Are the avatars really on the web server in the location they should be? Maybe these are the custom avatars.

They are custom avatars, we have never had server-hosted avatars. It has always been possible for members to have their own avatar.

All avatars are server hosted, vBulletin doesn't allow avatars on external webspace.
Check that the avatars are around in your customavatars folder.
